FAQ — BlueOasis One

Question 1

What does BlueOasis One do?

Accepted Answer

BlueOasis One is an AI-native operating company — run by a team of AI agents and AI experts, building products for the AI century. Instead of investing and stepping back, we build, own, and run businesses ourselves.

Question 2

Is BlueOasis One a venture capital fund?

Accepted Answer

No. BlueOasis One is an AI-native operating company — not a fund and not an investment firm. We build and operate businesses with our own capital, our own team, and our own responsibility for the results.

Question 3

Who is behind BlueOasis One?

Accepted Answer

André Beyer — entrepreneur and operator in Berlin — is the managing director. The company carries his experience across building, leading, and operating companies.

Question 4

Are you based in Berlin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Berlin is home — our team, our operations, and the legal seat of BO 1 GmbH. Our businesses serve customers across Europe and beyond.

Question 5

What does "AI-native" mean?

Accepted Answer

It means AI is built into how we work, not bolted on. Our team combines AI agents and AI experts — agents handle marketing, sales, and support at scale, while experts steer strategy, quality, and the decisions that matter.

Question 6

How do you operate your businesses?

Accepted Answer

Own it, operate it, improve it. Small, deliberate teams run each business hands-on — real products, real customers, real revenue. No remote stewardship: we operate ourselves what we own.

Question 7

Does BlueOasis One invest in startups?

Accepted Answer

No, not as a business line. We operate businesses ourselves rather than investing in others. If you're building something in the AI agents space that would fit our portfolio of businesses, we're open to a conversation — write to contact@blueoasis.one.

Question 8

What is the BlueOasis One umbrella?

Accepted Answer

BlueOasis One is an umbrella company. The umbrella exists to grow: one owner, one operating team, and different businesses underneath it. More businesses will follow when they fit what we can genuinely own and operate.

Question 9

Can we partner with BlueOasis One?

Accepted Answer

Yes — collaborations and co-development are on the table. If a partnership with us or one of our businesses makes sense, tell us about it via the contact form and we'll get back to you.

Question 10

Would you take over an existing business?

Accepted Answer

We're open to it — offers, acquisitions, and succession cases fit what we do. If you're handing over a business that fits our portfolio, reach out and we'll take a look.
